**Role Overview**

As the **Digital Marketing Team Leader** at OC Digital, you will lead our client-facing digital marketing efforts, ensuring exceptional campaign performance, client satisfaction, and business growth. You’ll oversee a team of digital marketers, collaborate with clients to define strategies, and execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role is critical in maintaining OC Digital’s reputation as a trusted digital marketing partner, driving ROI for clients, and staying ahead of industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Client-Centric Digital Strategy**
- Analyze client objectives, KPIs, and market trends to recommend high-impact solutions.
- Present campaign performance reports, insights, and optimization plans to clients.

**2. Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure client success.
- Work closely with **Account Managers, Creative, and Analytics teams** to align client campaigns with business goals.
- Foster a culture of **innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement**.

**3. Campaign Execution & Optimization**
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS, engagement) and adjust strategies for maximum performance.
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimizations.

**4. Client Relationship & Growth**
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to clients, ensuring transparency and long-term satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating OC Digital’s value.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to provide clients with **innovative, future-proof solutions**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **5+ years in digital marketing**, with **2+ years leading teams in an agency or client-facing role**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools**.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (certifications a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience managing **multiple client accounts** in industries like eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B.
- Certifications in **Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or Google Analytics**.
- Knowledge of **AI-driven marketing tools, CRO, and predictive analytics**.
- Proven track record of **scaling client campaigns and improving ROI**.
