As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you’ll lead the charge in crafting, executing, and optimizing innovative campaigns that drive business impact. You won’t just be part of the team—you’ll be a key voice in our strategy room, helping clients grow smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Strategy**: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals—across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- **Optimize for Results**: Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to surpass industry benchmarks, drive conversions, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Unlock Insights**: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Ahrefs to uncover trends, identify audience behaviors, and shape strategy.
- **Test and Innovate**: Conduct A/B testing for creatives, explore new targeting segments, and refine ad copy and landing pages for performance optimization.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with the client servicing and strategy teams to align objectives and ensure delivery of high-performance campaigns.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Create clear, insightful performance reports with strategic recommendations to drive future growth.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency or results-driven environment
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital marketing platforms
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce or B2B campaign execution and optimization
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with attribution modeling, conversion funnels, and tracking solutions
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute and optimize
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present performance insights clearly to clients or internal teams
