We are looking for a full-time Equipment Store Manager to join our team.

The Store Manager will be responsible of managing the functionality of the store and all camera and lighting equipment, art props, and production supplies. The store manager has to ensure all equipments, props and supplies are accounted and catered to the needs of all projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain camera and lighting equipment including repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
- Maintain the online checkout system and facilitate the checking in and out of camera and lighting equipments. This includes the vehicles we have in-house.
- Liaise with freelancers with regard to the checking in and out of art props. This includes checking the items when returned and arranging them in the store.
- Liaise with freelancers with regard to collecting and returning production supplies.
- Order production and store supplies when they run low.
- Additionally if possible, provide recommendations of equipments to purchase or replacement.
- Maintain the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the store.
