IT Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the purchase, issuance and maintenance of company laptops and PCs
- Assist in setting up online services to manage the use of software-as-a-service tools that ION Mobility's employees use
- Manage software licenses for CAD, Electronics Design and other licensed software that the company uses for its R&D and operations
- Prepare budget forecast for IT budgets every quarterly and monitor and allocate IT expenditure
- Manage, procure, setup, administer and maintain on-premise servers (Linux and Windows)

**Key Qualifications**
- Degree / Higher Diploma in IT or related disciplines
- Specific priority for applicants who are certified linux system administrators and above
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in IT management role
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Meticulous and a team player
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility with a "can do" attitude
