We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of AI to lead our clients AI initiatives and drive innovation within our organization. As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing AI strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies, and hiring a team of AI experts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives and driving innovation across various departments.
- Lead a team of AI experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in developing cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Identify and evaluate AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and industry developments, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and industry experts to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.
- Champion ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in leading AI initiatives, with a track record of successful AI project implementations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of AI experts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks related to AI.
