About the Team

The global pre-owned luxury operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce pre-owned luxury business globally.

With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in the US/SG/HK/EU, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain partnership relationships with authenticators in the pre-owned luxury business, including onboarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.

2. Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education to authentication partners about TikTok's pre-owned luxury business evolvement.

3. Provide ongoing education to seller and governance teams about new and existing authentication technology and solutions/tools.

4. Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.

**Qualifications**:
1. 5+ years experience in pre-owned luxury authentication; mixed experience in both the authentication side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred.

2. Strong connections with authentication companies are preferred.

3. Experience with negotiating and dealing with agreements/contracts.

4. Experience defining, developing and leading projects.

5. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.

6. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and strength in problem-solving.

7. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
