**Role - Data Center Engineer**

**Location - Singapore**

**Duration - Long term contract (Payroll under R Systems)**

**Job description**
- To manage the overall availability and uptime of the Data Centres
- To manage the Data Centre surveillance system
- To manage the Data Centre physical access and control
- To manage the Data Centre space, power and IT inventories
- To manage the Data Centre data structured cabling works
- To define control process to ensure the team follow the control process to upkeep the Data Centre management
- To manage the Data Centre M&E installation, incident, and provide updates to management
- To work closely with respective personnel to ensure the proper upkeep and regular maintenance is performed for Data Centers
- To ensure Data Centre compliance to all respective country regulatory requirements
- To produce monthly capacity reports of Data Centre overall facility
- To managed and plan for Data Centre budget
- To manage Data Centre construction and Data Centre hosting evaluation projects
- To be on 24x7 standby and need to travel overseas for regional support, when needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong Leadership & planning skill
- Good analytical and management skill
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and independent worker
- Discipline, structured and able to work under stress environment
- Proficient in using MS products (ie. OS, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power point)

**Education and Qualification**
- Minimum Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant work area
- Qualified Data Centre Specialist preferred
- Equipped with Data Centre Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure domain Knowledge

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Data center: 2 years (required)
- Banking: 2 years (preferred)
