**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coach and ensure smooth daily operation of the Service Desk operation
- Be proactive in thinking, to be able to react fast to problems, and to make sound management decisions
- Be well informed of apartments’ facilities and activities and be able to answer all inquiries
- Build a rapport with residents and to provide personalised service whenever possible
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure residents’ requests and complaints are promptly followed up and resolved
- Track resident satisfaction levels and ensure feedback is communicated to relevant departments
- Review feedbacks, resident comments and other information pertaining to Service Desk
- Perform other duties assigned by the Guest Services Manager

**Working Hours**:

- 6-day work week including weekends & public holidays
- 7.30am - 3.30pm or 2pm - 10pm

**Job Requirements**:

- 2-3years of work experience in hotel / serviced apartments
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism
- Cordial and warm, enjoy interacting and engaging with guests.
- Customer centric oriented
- Attention to details
- Planning and organizational ability
- Must be able to work well under stressful situations and handle challenges in a professional manner
- Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
