**Quality Executive**

**Quality Systems Management and Assurance**:

Assist in the designing of annual quality program and responsible for the execution of these quality actions to meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual quality objectives through:
Sharing knowledge about the clients’ needs and their quality requirements, the international and local market accreditation requirements and/or trends impacting the quality management system;
- Proposing changes/ improvements;
- Tracking the quality objectives set out and reports progress regularly;
- Researching and gaining a thorough understanding of the ISO, Accreditation Standards, regulations, and others relevant to the metrology services;
- Implementing Quality Policies according to ISO / IEC 17025 standards, ensuring the work practices in the Company adhere to these policies or Company’s regulations;
- Completing and resolving the day-to-day operational matters (such as ensuring proper documentation, safe keeping of records) relating to Quality Assurance in the Company;
- Keeping updated of the changes to these standards and to sharing this information with the stakeholders in the Company including the Sales and Technical Departments
- Completing survey forms directed to the Company.
- Deputized as the authorized spokesperson / representative to liaise with customers on matters relating to Accreditation/ Quality.
- Facilitate the smooth operations of internal and external audit by:

Communicating audit schedules with relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing documentations as required before and during audit and ensure the safe keeping of these documents post audit.
- Liaising with auditors to have a thorough understanding of audit results and to report on this to the Management / stakeholders.
- Implementing and following-up on corrective actions to be adopted by the Company and ensure compliance by employees. S/he is expected to report non-conformities and to implement corrective actions to ensure adherence.
- Any other quality systems management and assurance tasks as reasonably required.
- **Team Management**:

- Ensure team members understand and adhere to the Company’s policy, regulations, and workflows in the Company. S/he is expected to implement on-the-job training / corrective actions to guide team members who are non-conforming and to escalate such matters.
