Overview:
The Senior Quality Systems Engineer is responsible to ensure Waters Singapore QMS is effective and compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and customer requirements. The person is also responsible to ensure the site and regional QMS are harmonized with Waters Global Quality policies.

**Responsibilities**:
- To develop, implement and maintain site QMS policies and procedures in accordance with Global Quality and customers’ requirements- To support the site Quality Management Representative or designee to ensure a compliant and efficient QMS- To lead, coordinate and fulfill site and regional customer requests efficiently by ensuring timely evaluation and escalation to relevant regional / Global Quality functions- To drive quality culture by conducting regular trainings, internal audits and review of key QMS metrics- To work closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure the overall effectiveness and compliance of QMS to support business strategies- To act as the SAP Document Management System and SF-Learning Management System Administrator- To lead / support regional QMS activities such as SF-LMS, SAP-DMS and quality audits

Qualifications:

- Engineering or Science Degree
- Minimum 7 years experience in a Quality Systems / Quality Engineering capacity in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and/or US FDA GMP QMS environment
- Experience in developing and implementing ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 QMS
- Minimum 3 years QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor experience
