Job Description:

- Role:

- Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) projects for APAC/ASIA region.
- Lead the efforts to develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the legal, regulatory, industry and customer requirements.
- Your job responsibilities include:

- Comply with all Corporate / Regional / Environmental, Health & Safety, and Quality rules / policies / procedures while performing this job whether or not on 3M Property.
- Deploy and improve the overall QMS for APAC/ASIA region.Spearhead the new / conversion / expansion of QMS certification program for APAC / ASIA region.
- Liaise with Regulatory or Certification Bodies on audit / surveillance matters.
- Support internal or external audits on Quality Management System in ASIA region.
- Lead and support APAC / ASIA region on implementation of Corporate and Regional’s QMS initiatives.
- Build awareness for APAC / ASIA region through training / communication on current or new quality system concepts and tools.
- Support QMS Manager in the standardization and harmonization of QMS across ASIA region.
- Provide consultation and support related to QMS related queries / issues.
- Job Requirements
- Educational Level: Engineering / Science Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality System function or 3 years in Quality Assurance functions.
