**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about Korean cuisine and ready to be a part of a dynamic team in a Korean food manufacturing company? We are looking for a Food Production Worker to join our dedicated and growing team. As a Food Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality Korean food products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation:Accurately measure and assemble ingredients to create Korean food products such as kimchi, sauces, RTE products and more.
Follow recipes and production instructions to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control:Monitor the production process to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.
Perform visual inspections to identify and address any defects or irregularities in the products.
Report any quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Safety and Hygiene:Adhere to strict safety guidelines and food safety regulations to ensure the safety of products and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent cross-contamination.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Packaging and Labeling:Package finished products into appropriate containers, ensuring accurate weight and quantity.
Assist in preparing products for shipping and distribution.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production, particularly in Korean food manufacturing, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
