Factory Production Worker (Baking Ingredients Manufacturer)Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and strong Factory Production Worker to join our team at a leading baking ingredients manufacturer. As a Factory Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the production and packaging of various baking ingredients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary goal will be to efficiently carry out assigned tasks, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure the highest quality of products.Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment, following operational procedures and safety protocols. Monitor the production line to ensure products are being produced according to specifications. Measure, weigh, and package baking ingredients accurately and efficiently. Conduct product inspections at various stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper waste disposal and adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and meet customer demands. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards immediately to the supervisor. Continuously seek ways to improve production processes, suggesting ideas for operational efficiency and cost reduction. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of production procedures and best practices.No education qualifications required.
