As an Accounting Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to assist with various accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and statements
- Maintaining and updating accounting records and databases
- Verifying the accuracy of financial information and resolving any discrepancies
- Processing payments and receipts accurately
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring proper documentation
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the finance department as needed
[Requirements]:
- Previous experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
