We are a global team and are looking to add an experienced staff program manager who can help us grow in the area of Talent Development.

**About the role - you will**:

- Design innovative talent development solutions including: manager, employee and leader development, employee engagement, performance management, coaching, etc.
- Partner with business groups and their human resources business partners to understand organizational performance goals, identify skills gaps and recommend customized development solutions
- Deliver/facilitate effective, engaging learning and development programs (both face to face and virtual sessions) and experiences that delight employees and achieve measurable learning outcomes
- Use instructional design and learning experience to design systematic processes to develop engaging learner experiences
- Curate and author content, sequence, and use a systems approach to suit situation and learners including face-to-face and virtual instruction, micro-learning, eLearning, podcast, social, print, and video
- Use Seagate’s existing learning and collaboration tools and platforms to develop simple, intuitive and engaging learner user interfaces
- Manage global, regional learning and development programs
- Coordinate with our learning administrators to manage learner enrolments and records
- Use data and analytics to understand learner behaviour and drive continuous improvement in our learning solutions
- Develop internal marketing written communications and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders to drive increased learning adoption
- Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert regarding talent development best practices as well as current trends and innovative new tools / methods
- Keep current on new learning approaches, technologies and tools through research and networking to ensure our solutions are innovative

**About you**:

- In-depth understanding of adult learning theory, as well as of the key models and tools for management and leadership development.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal customers, understand their requirements and translate them into global products.
- Formal training and at least 3 years experience in instructional design developing programs accommodating a variety of learning styles, cultural preferences, time and attention constraints.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with internal customer, HR colleagues and L&D team members in a matrixed, global work environment.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver a high quality work product on a timely basis.
- Possesses a superior customer focus and consulting mindset.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; facilitation certifications (SLII, Behavioral Styles, etc.) desired.
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Superior PC skills with excellence in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven business acumen and ability to innovate new ways of developing and delivering solutions.

**Your experience includes**:

- Exposure to various aspects of Global Talent Development program design and execution
- Previous project/program management
- Working in a global environment with diverse and remote team members
- Successfully managing multiple work streams with multiple clients
- Designing instruction for classroom and digital delivery, either synchronous or asynchronous, preferably in global technology companies
- Collaborating with Human Resources (HR) professionals and internal stakeholders to design innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Facilitating in-person and virtual classroom classes for managers and employees
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

You may also have:

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design-thinking practices
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with user research methodologies

Location: Shugart, Singapore
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center.
