- Define the UI and interactions for new and existing features in the product
- Validate and iterate on design proposals based on quantitative and qualitative data from research
- Drive design projects and collaborate with copywriters and researchers in a deadline-driven, team environment
- Partner product owners, content designers, UX researchers and vendors (where applicable) to drive designs from initial concept to final implementation, including design grooming, creating low
- to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, and performing quality checks on implemented products across browsers, platforms and devices
- Facilitate conversations to help product owners clarify product intent and distil concepts into simple and intuitive experiences for the end users
- Ensure consistent and cohesive designs across products
- Communicate design concepts and get buy-in on design solutions from stakeholders

**The Successful Applicant**
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in creating new products or improving existing products across Web, Android and iOS platforms
- Have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of user centricity
- A creative thinker with experience in UX definition and UI design
- Experience with UX and design thinking
- Familiar with CMS Management and UI prototyping tools i.e. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
