**Your Role & Impact**

As our **ambassador**, you’ll be the human face of Truefloor. Your job is not to "push products” nor “hard sell”. Your role is to:

- Connect with both **B2B and B2C prospects**:

- Understand customer needs and **offer honest, value-driven solutions**:

- **Follow up, nurture relationships**, and **close**with care & integrity
- Work independently with the support of a team that has your back
- **Represent our shared values** in every interaction
