**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibility**:

- Coordinate the operational handling of LCL Transshipments & Consolidation at LCL Gateway
- Optimize the stuffing and utilization of Consolidation Container
- Liaise with inter-company's subsidiaries in respect to LCL Transshipments
- Ensure Gateway efficiency and operation excellence
- Understand the overall Gateway process flow
- Manage day to day operation problems in conjunction with Origin and Singapore branch operation team
- First line of escalation for operational issues and resolve directly or provide recommended course of action
- Facilitate all the tools, efficient process, SOPs to the team to perform the job efficiently
- Liaise with NVOCC Consolidator, CFS and Regional Procurement/Shipping Lines, Trucking Companies

**Qualifications**:

- Background on LCL, 2 years experiences
- Knowledge on LCL operation process and flow
- Knowledge on documentation
- Knowledge of LCL Consolidation and Multi Country Consolidation processes
- Highly efficient and creative at solving problems
