Play an active role in the development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives to support business needs.
- Take charge of various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training and induction, performance management, compensation assessment, employee engagement, and payroll processing
- Assists the Managing Director in managing compensation and benefits policies of the Company to maximise staff retention and talent acquisition.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Overseeing all HR process and procedure, ensuring 100% legal compliance
- Responsible for HR-related budget and cost matters, working closely with business leaders to continuously improve workforce overall efficiency.
- Provide support on administration and operational matters for outlets.
- Filling and recording of sales for outlets.
- Handle social media. To perform other HR or admin tasks and ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by MD.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with the Employment Act.
- Positive attitude with a service excellence mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Good command of Mandarin and English in both writing and oral (may need to translate important communication messages to Mandarin speaking colleague)
