**Hedge Fund Head of Operations - Astignes Capital
Astignes Capital is an Asia-focused alternative investment management firm based in Singapore. We launched our flagship Asia Rates fund in 2007, and our investment strategy aims to capture macro and relative value opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region primarily through the use of interest rates, FX and volatility instruments.

**Role
Astignes Capital is seeking an experienced industry professional to lead the Firm’s Operations team. You will have the opportunity to hold key responsibilities across the full spectrum of investment support workflows - including P&L calculation and controls, trade lifecycle management and month-end valuation controls. As part of the Firm’s management team you will work on a wide variety of financial instruments, supervise and execute a broad range of hedge fund operational practices, and work closely with the firm’s investment and technology teams, counterparties, prime brokers, and service providers.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of production experience in a Middle Office or Product Control role at a hedge fund or an investment bank
- Outstanding interpersonal/communication and problem solving skills are a must
- Strong financial product math and fundamentals - especially foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives
- Excel, basic VBA and other desktop computing skills are essential
