Roles & Responsibilities

Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (expect OT to finish projects)

Location: Near Bishan/Marymount or Ubi (will discuss during interview)

Salary : Depends on exp & last drawn (5k and above)

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil or any equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- With portfolio will be good
- Familiar with (Rhino 3D / Revit / Adobe / ACAD etc..)
**Job Scope**:

- Carry out design / design presentation drawings, coordinate and document overall site plans and buildings for client
- Inspect on site during construction to ensure safety, quality and compliance with all design documents
- Identify and proactively solve detailing or coordination issues which may occur
- Liaise with clients and consultants on matters related to design, technical coordination, construction and regulations
- Administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover
- Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material
- Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction
- Ability to communicate clearly on all architecture matters
- Able to conduct the following core work independently or with team: Concept design / Basic Design / Detailed Design / Work package preparation / tender documents and etc.
