**Requirements**:
1) A diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized certificate including BIM experience is acceptable.
2) Minimum 4 years of drafting experience in a Civil and Structural Consultancy firm, of which a minimum 2 years of BIM modelling or hands-on modelling in Revit.
3) Familiar with the latest authority submission requirements.
4) Capable of working independently and carrying out drafting or BIM assignments under mínimal supervision.
5) Capable of preparing detailed drawings and authority submission drawings.
6) Capable of participating in project BIM meetings independently.
7) Good planning and organizational skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
8) Passionate about learning, developing BIM/Drafting skills in a firm, teamwork and project delivery to the highest standards.
9) Good engineering knowledge and communication skills.
1) Participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology.
2) Prepare detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production.
3) Collaborate and coordinate with the Client and extended Consultant team to ensure the successful completion of an assignment within a given timeline.
4) Work closely with the Design Team to deliver the best quality drawings.
5) Maintain organised records of drawings and their registers.
6) Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents.
7) Attend technical meetings, when required.
8) Support the BIM Manager and actively pursue the opportunityto develop BIM skills including participating enthusiastically in developing company BIM/digital standards.
