> Must have at least 2 MDMS and/or CC&B upgrade and implementation experience
> Had been worked as a developer/ Sr. developer in at least 2 implementation projects (on above framework)
> Hands on development experience using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) is must.
> Sound knowledge in MDMS modules such as meter read and event management, Device Management, VEV, Usage Billing etc.
> Experience in Config tool, Web-services IWS/XAI for external systems, batches and algorithms.
> Able to create Design Document and conceptual solutions in MDMS with reference to Requirements.
> Proficiency (expert level) knowledge and hands on experience on DML select/update/delete operation Oracle 12g, performance tunning in batch and at DB level.
> Must have worked on OUAF framework Java batches and/or Groovy script
> Previous development experience on Oracle Utilities products (OU CC&B, OU MDM, OU MWM)
> Ability to write unit-test cases, execute unit-test scripts, document expected and actual results within the allotted time frames.
> Optional: Oracle Certification on oracle utility such as MDMS or CC&B (High Value Advantage)
> Optional: basic Unix command and scripting.
> Understand and follow version control and coding standards.
> Ability to identify and articulate program design and performance risks. Provides recommendations for improved system performance.
> Revises existing custom solutions, providing release and maintenance documentation.
