**About the Role**:
It’s an exciting time within Olympus as we shape our IT function into a Global IT operating model. As such, we are seeking to appoint a full time **IT Finance Analyst **to join our Global IT / Strategy & Transformation Function / Office of the CIO team, located throughout the APAC region.

Reporting to the IT Finance Lead, you will be accountable for:

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Prepare and produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to recommend investment, expansion, cost-cutting ideas or revenue growth streams.
- Identify opportunities and drive process and performance improvement across the IT organization, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and excel dashboards.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience of business finance or other relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, statistical, quantitative and data gathering skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational ability.
