**Logistics Coordinator**

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Export Planning and Coordination:

- Develop and execute export logistics plans to meet customer requirements and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and availability of goods for export.
- Plan and optimize export routes to minimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.

Documentation Management:

- Prepare and manage all export-related documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain accurate records for customs purposes.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.

Carrier Management:

- Negotiate and liaise with international carriers to secure competitive shipping rates.
- Coordinate transportation bookings and monitor the movement of goods throughout the export process.
- Resolve any transportation issues or delays proactively.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers and vendors regarding export logistics.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on export activities.
- Communicate regularly with freight forwarders, customs officials, and other relevant parties to address any issues and provide updates.

Compliance and Regulations:

- Stay informed about changes in export regulations and trade compliance requirements.
- Ensure that all export activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain best practices for export compliance within the organization.

Order Processing
- Process order allocation in the WMS system
- Resolve order processing issues.
- Monitor and resolve system posting and any system interface issues between systems.

Miscellaneous
- Support any logistics / warehouse-related activities as assigned by the supervisors

**Qualifications**:

- O Level
- Proven experience in export logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a must.
