About the Role

As a Software Developer at AI Seer, you’ll be joining a lean, high-impact team where your work directly shapes the future of our core technologies, including our lie detection system (MSRD) and real-time fact-checking platform, Facticity.ai. You’ll have full ownership over major product features, from design to deployment. This role is perfect for someone who is highly self-driven, thrives on autonomy, and wants to build meaningful, world-first technologies from the ground up. **Responsibilities and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of full-stack development experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- Integrate and optimize machine learning pipelines for NLP and computer vision using Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Work with **MongoDB**, **PostgreSQL**, **DynamoDB** and **AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, App Runner)** to manage data workflows and deployments.
- Develop and secure public APIs and extensions (e.g. Word Add-In, Chrome Extension, Zoom) that connect to our fact-checking engine
- Ensure scalability and reliability of services handling thousands of fact-check requests and biometric data streams.
- Familiarity with **LLM integration**, **RAG pipelines**, **vector databases** (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant), or related AI infra is a major plus.
- Maintain core components of our lie detection system (**MSRD**), primarily using **C#**, including UI logic, data processing, and biometric signal integration.
- Ensure clean, consistent, and well-structured datasets across the pipeline.
- Web3 development knowledge (e.g., smart contracts, wallet integration, token-based systems) is a strong plus.
