The Quality Division’s focus is to develop and maintain and effective and optimal Quality Management System that ensures compliance to the AS9100 Statutory and Regulatory Requirements across DSO’s engineering services and solutions.

Software Engineer (Quality)

In this role, you will:

- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our software quality management systems (QMS)
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and practices related to software quality assurance
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001 / AS9100)
- Monitor key quality metrics to drive improvements and report on the effectiveness of the QMS
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure awareness and adherence to quality processes
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and incorporate them into our processes where appropriate
- Collaborate on process improvements, best practices, and quality standards to enhance our software development lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- Proven experience in Software Engineering, preferably in a software development environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive change in a cross-functional team
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Understanding of security and performance testing concepts
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts is a plus
