Singapore SJTU ASIA-PACIFIC GRADUATE INSTITUTE LTD. Full time

This job involves producing biomaterials through engineered cyanobacterial cell factories by direct carbon capture. To meet the objective of this activity, fundamental study on the improvement of photosynthetic efficiency and carbon utilization, the production performance and efficiencies of assembled cyanobacterial cell factories, bioreactor design for high production of the products will be conducted.

The Research Fellow will have the opportunity to conduct independent research, collaborate actively with multiple research groups and to develop technologies.

**Job Requirements**:
i) At least a Ph.D degree in chemistry, biological sciences, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering or related areas

ii) Independent, resourceful and able to work in a team

iii) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good English writing skills for writing reports and publications
