**Responsibilities**:
- Establish BIM implementation plan, requirements, process and workflow to ensure that BIM data meets the project deliverable requirements for infrastructure/ construction projects.
- Lead and support BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to deliver the work on time and with high standards.
- Embrace a holistic approach and strategically plan for BIM execution in green building projects.
- Work closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing of tender drawing, contract drawing, submission drawing and construction drawings and documentations using BIM.
- Develop a training program for BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to improve the use of BIM authoring tools.
- Develop a training program for other project stakeholders such as unit head/project director/project manager and project engineers to improve the use of BIM tools.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering
- More than 4 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and / or coordination (services).
- Conversant in using BIM review tools such as Navigator, Navisworks Manage, Solibri Model Checker, etc. for clash detection analysis.
- Formally trained in BCA Academy’s Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM experience in project BIM management and / or services coordination in a design engineering or construction firm for a large project and has completed one full project cycle at design phase or construction phase.
