**Aptiv8 IT Solutions** is a leading provider of comprehensive Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of the construction and architecture industries.

**What you will be working on?**
- Prepare and modify detailed production drawings (Tender/Construction Drawings) using Revit & AutoCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D presentations and design drawings.
- Deliver BIM projects including BIM services, implementation, consultation, and training (may involve attachments at client offices/sites or Aptiv8 HQ).
- Create, amend, and manage BIM drawings/models independently.
- Generate required information from BIM software.
- Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and highlight drafting errors to the project team immediately.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure drawings/models meet site requirements.
- Support multiple projects, ensuring timely deliveries of BIM outcomes.
- Generate documentation and shop drawings from the BIM model.
- Engage in design, coordination, and BIM development according to client specifications and regulations.
- Able to work on Filters (Revit).
- Work with Revit families (.rfa).
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Experience in commercial projects, interior design, architectural drawings, M&E, C&S, or building projects.
- Competency in BIM/Revit is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
