**Industry Market Manager - Pharma (API)**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Industry Market Manager - Pharma (API)**

>

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead and support the development of Pharma Business Unit in accordance with the defined market and product development strategies. Responsible in tracking the development to ensure that all initiatives and service levels are in-place to support the agreed strategies and plans. Manage the primary basket products for the industry. Liaise with regulatory functions to ensure that the product basket is managed and sold in-line with the current regulatory standards and Brenntag governance rules

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a close overview of industry market trends and developments.
- Gather data on market trends/dynamics, competitive and strategic products and prices for the identified industry market segment.
- Select and strategically manage the sources of the products which complementary to the current products line and supplier.
- Bring new product opportunities from the market and engage with key selected suppliers on how these products can be provided to market via product training program.
- Monitor and track the development initiatives within defined timeline
- Coordinate with Technical & Application Development on regional key projects for strategic customers defined by Sales
- Manage the relationship with regional core supplier, Interface for nominated suppliers ensuring that the appropriate level of service and support is provided in line with agreed strategies and plans., drive supplier strategy together with Business Manager / HOD.
- Manage the new supplier includes integration process to sales team though country champion at define timeline
- Liaise with regional regulatory functions to ensure that the product basket is managed and sold in line with national and international regulations and Brenntag governance rules
- Manage and maintain the primary basket products for the industry and resolve any issues raised by other industries, divisions or regions

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Job Requirement/Specification**:
Education: Bachelor Degree in related field (Chemical, Foods & Nutrition, Biosciences)
Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in specialty chemical or chemical distribution sector particularly in Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Life-science, Nutrition with strong knowledge in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
