**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand investment objectives and company’s investment policy to construct a fixed income investment portfolio；
- Manage investment portfolios to deliver optimal investment returns of fixed income portfolios；
- Conduct top-down macroeconomic analysis and bottom-up credit/security selection to generate alpha;
- Implement stringent risk management, actively identifying the risk of portfolio and report to management;
- Provide frequent and timely research insights on macro-economy, industry developments and portfolio holdings and report to management;
- Ensure portfolio compliance with internal guidelines;
- Work with risk and compliance teams to monitor portfolio performance and risk exposures;
- Address audit and operational queries related to portfolio activity and performance;
- Provide daily and weekly summaries of fixed income portfolio;
- Any relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in fixed income or credit research, preferably with asset management firms, insurance companies, banks, or rating agencies;
- Proven track record of managing fixed income assets and delivering risk-adjusted returns;
- Strong understanding of macroeconomics, monetary policy, and global fixed income markets;
- Familiarity with credit analysis, duration management, derivatives, and portfolio construction tools;
- Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability;
- Strong team work ability;
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, and portfolio management systems;
- Support finance and accounts when needed..
