**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
- Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
- Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
- Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
- Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
- Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
- Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

**Job Requirement: **
- Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry
- Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
- Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
