**Qualifications**
- At least **2 years of managed services sales experience** focused on day 2 operations service.
- **Industry knowledge with sales certifications** of IT management platforms, preferably, but not limited to, ServiceNow.
- Proven **solution selling experience** in ITSM (IT Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and familiarity with ticket/case management & workflow automation platforms.
- **Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills** with experience engaging C-Suite members.
- **Clarity to drive alignment** across one or more delivery teams.
- **Resilient individual** who is able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- **ITIL certification**:

- **SPIN, MEDDIC, or other relevant sales certifications.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
