**Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Executive will support, design & execute the VM requirements for all stores in Singapore. He / She will work with the Senior Visual Merchandiser, and various teams to ensure a timely launch & identify issues against VM guidelines & standards. The incumbent will take on project management such as new artwork, display layout etc. He / She plays a key role in improving the in-store shopping experience to help the brand to meet the set business objectives.

**Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Visual Merchandiser, and related teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, etc.) on the VM launch schedule
- Design, adapt and ensure all artworks and displays are executed in accordance with HQ’s guidelines
- Manage external suppliers & vendors to ensure setups are done in a timely manner according to brand guidelines
- Sourcing & producing visual merchandising materials locally when required
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure display compliance & provide guidance to retail staff
- Liaise with printing vendors for stores (e.g., Banners, Posters and Prints, Budget Cost of Printing)
- Design graphic works for both online and offline and ensure works are consistent with the brand’s aesthetics
- Compile and submit monthly report

**Skill Sets and Personal Attributes
- Minimum Diploma holder in Visual Merchandising or similar field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably from a beauty retail background
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & MS Office
- Basic Video Editing Software Skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated, committed, and collaborative team player.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for design and detail.
- Possess a positive mindset and is solution oriented
