**About Our Client**:
The company is an established brand in the retail industry. Their unique and innovative offerings have allowed them to develop a strong reputation regionally and globally.
- ** Manage a team of engineers** to maintain and troubleshoot servers/networks and provide technical support to users;
- Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies, virtualization, backup software, antivirus solutions across desktops / laptops
- **Manage vendors** to ensure SLAs are met according to business needs
- Maintain and develop IT policies, SOPs and technical documentation
- Plan and participate in BCP exercises
- Participate in **project roll-outs locally and across the region**:

- Keep abreast with latest technologies and best practices to improve internal practices

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant fields
- At least **8 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure** (servers, networks, end-users) with at least **2 years of team management experience**:

- Knowledge in **Windows Servers, M365, Active Directory, networking devices (routers/switches)** is a must
- Knowledge in **cloud services/hybrid infrastructure** (cloud and on-premise) will be highly regarded
- Prior experience in a regional infrastructure set-up will be advantageous
- **Ability to travel** based on business needs
