We are looking for an **Property and Maintenance Executive **to join our Asset Department.

**Job Scope:
**Property Role**:

- To market, sell, and lease residential properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking, and conducting viewings.
- Responsible for the professional conduct of all sales/lease-related functions at apartments, including attending to inquiries of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing, and converting them to sales/lease transactions.
- Proactive in providing feedback on all sale/lease matters and offering market updates regularly to the Head of Department.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company regulations in executing out all responsibilities.

**Maintenance Role**
- To support the Head of Asset to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the property.
- Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the property operates as a safe environment as well as performs at an optimum level
- Coordinate property owners’ and agents’ requests such as 1) maintenance, 2) payments, 3) agreements
- Lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations
- To ensure proper documentation
- Assist styling and apartment furnishing

**Requirement**:

- **Preferably 2 years working experience in Real Estate**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and can support team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Salary package: Basic + Commission

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
