**Wholesale Support Associate**

Outdoor Venture is a privately held company based in Singapore. Founded in 2005, the company distributes and retails best-in-class sports and outdoor apparel, footwear and accessories and maintains its position as a leader in the industry by representing the most authentic and innovative products.

**About the Job**

As a wholesale support associate, you will be helping to drive the growth of the wholesale team by supporting internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you are responsible for working closely with the Wholesale Manager to perform tasks to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the wholesale team with efficient record keeping
- Keying and issuance of sales orders, ensuring the right prices are charged
- Managing and documenting customers’ orders
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations
- Coordination with clients in pre and post sales
- Communicating with accounts/finance dept on customer balances, statement of accounts,
- Compilation of sales reports, update weekly/monthly sales overview, best and worst sellers, sell-through
- Liaising with the warehouse on client delivery
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the wholesale manager

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Organized, process-oriented and meticulous with tasks
- Knowledge of working with ERP systems will be an added advantage
