We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

**Job Description**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- ** Business case and opportunity sizing** for select global initiatives to enable exec evaluation and prioritization
- ** Finance business partner support** for global partner strategy development, planning and engagement. Collaborate with senior business partners to define and analyze critical business and financial goals to drive accountability and influence critical decision making.
- **_ Partner on Commercial Strategy & pricing_** for key partnerships. Support pricing analysis and benchmarking to develop playbooks incl. rate cards.
- **_Research & analysis_**: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modelling) analysis in support of deliverables
- **_ Financial planning:_** Drive accountability on financial goals across P&L. Manage complex financial models to support forecasting and annual budgeting exercises.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience at a strategy consulting firm, business development and/or strategic finance team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field a bonus
- Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology and/or e-commerce preferred
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time
- World class strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way
- Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of commercial negotiation.
- Superior communications (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills
- Track record of delivering tangible results
- Appetite to learn and comfortable with uncertainty
