SAP HR Functional Analyst

Understand the HR business process

Conduct Analysis and Design workshop with users

Translate Functional design into Technical Solution

Conduct quality control on design by peers

Design solution for HR processes Prepares comprehensive technical documentations (including specifications, test conditions and error handling)

Execute end-to-end unit testing and System Integration Test (transformation, load and reconciliation)

Support users in User Acceptance Tests

Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement and resolution

Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Work with Functional and Development team to resolve issues

Support data load and support data reconciliation

Participate in integration testing and document conversion results Participate in defect analysis and resolution
