SAP Functional Analyst

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management (PMO)**:

- **Lead and manage SAP-related projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.**:

- **Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.**:

- **Coordinate cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, SAP consultants, technical teams) and manage resources effectively.**:

- **Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies in a proactive manner.**:

- **Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure project transparency.**:

- **Oversee change management processes and ensure that changes are documented and assessed for impact on the project.**:

- **Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and PMO standards.**

**Business Analysis (BA)**:

- **Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for SAP implementation or enhancement.**:

- **Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization through SAP functionality.**:

- **Work closely with SAP functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.**:

- **Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.**:

- **Develop and document functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows related to SAP modules.**:

- **Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP systems and processes.**:

- **Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), assist in troubleshooting issues, and ensure the solution meets business expectations.**

**SAP Functional Expertise**:

- **Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP functional modules (e.g., SAP FI, MM, SD, HR, etc.), including configuration, implementation, and support.**:

- **Work with technical teams to ensure the SAP system is configured in alignment with business requirements.**:

- **Identify gaps in SAP functionality and work with the team to propose solutions, enhancements, or workarounds.**

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.**:

- **years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementations or upgrades.**:

- **years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP systems.**:

- **Strong understanding of SAP functional modules (e.g., SAP FI, MM, SD, HR).**:

- **Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).**:

- **Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).**:

- **Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.**:

- **Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).**:

- **Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.**
