**Responsibilities**:

- Business Process Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using SAP functionality.
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications, ensuring clear understanding of business needs.
- Solution Design and Configuration:Design and configure SAP modules and components to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide guidance on system integration, data migration, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and system documentation.
- Implementation and Testing:Lead or participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify and resolve functional issues and provide end-user training as needed.
- System Support and Enhancement:Provide ongoing support to SAP users, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team on system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
Stay up-to-date with SAP releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline.
Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HR).
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and integration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects, including full project lifecycle.
- Proficient in conducting business process analysis and translating requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex functional issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
