**RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST (Part-Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Your job, while at all times projecting a professional Company image, is to:

- Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with their enquiries;
- Provide professional consultations to assist customers in identifying their needs and matching those with our range of product & services;
- Display & provide Exceptional Customer Service;
- Attend to retail outlet's daily operations including product display, stock inventory, sales order processing and housekeeping duties;
- Assist the technical workshop in doing simple assembly of bikes;
- Provide installation of bike accessories for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum "N" level, ITE cert or any other equivalent qualification;
- Fresh Graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply. Training Programs will be provided for Customer Service, Sales, Product Knowledge and Mechanical skills;
- Working experience/knowledge around bicycles and using Point-of-Sale (POS) retail operations will be an added advantage;
- MUST be customer & service orientated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, trustworthy, responsible, strong team spirit and with an unquenchable desire to learn
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
