**About the Role**:
As our Assistant HR, you'll play a vital role in supporting our HR team and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience for our amazing staff across all SMOOY® outlets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Process payroll and other employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling employee relations inquiries and assisting with performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $500.00 per month
