**ABOUT THE JOB**
Reporting to the Vice President, BD & Account Mgt, Business Development, you will drive and lead the tender management support for regional opportunities in the APAC region:
Tender Analysis & Management
- Lead TAM support on tenders and renewals to ensure competitive and financially viable customer proposals.
- Lead regional and global tenders with coordination of value proposition, pricing and costing, solution design, capabilities, innovation & case studies in the Opportunity stage of projects.
- Create more effective and efficient bid/ tender processes by incorporating standardization and best practices.
Business Performance Reporting
- Financial modelling for P+L reviews, BU strategic initiatives and financial reporting
- Support BRM and IBP business performance processes
- Business analytics projects
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Experience in tender management, pricing development & management, sales reporting and business performance reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience
- Prior logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL contract logistics environment
- Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Region
- Strategic/conceptual thinker
- Knows how to work with cross country and cross-cultural adhoc teams
