**Role description**

This is a free-lance hybrid role for a Counselor in Singapore. The Counselor will provide professional counselling services to clients and facilitate mental wellness workshops for both corporates and informal groups. This role will require some work from home, with the majority of work performed on-site at our clinic in Singapore. The role also requires our team to be featured on our social media platforms periodically.

**You should have**:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field
- At least 5 years of professional Counseling experience
- Registration and in good standing with SAC/APACS
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Experience in facilitating mental wellness workshops
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Flexible and adaptive mindset
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus

**Job Type**: Freelance

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
