**FULL-TIME**
- As an Engineering Manager in the Tactical Command & Control Products team, you will lead engineering teams in developing highly performant and effective products that brings forth an information edge to every single operator on the ground in their day-to-day decision making for tactical command and control. Come join and lead an innovative team of engineers dedicated to further our goals to enable man-machine collaboration through intricate understanding of mission needs and clever design of products to effectively empower operators every step of the way in fulfilling the national security missions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Product Manger to provide technical directions and clarifications
- Align technical teams to the business needs
- Lead design and architecture of the product for scalability and performance
- Lead, design and implement HTTP APIs to enable communication with backend services/databases and downstream APIs
- Lead, design, develop unit, functional and end-to-end tests
- Grow and coach team members, and on-board new team members
- Conduct technical interviews

**Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)**:

- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields
- Experience in Java and Javascript
- Experience in Java framework: Spring Boot
- Experience in JS frameworks: React
- Experience in Micro Services architecture
- Experience in Scrum

**Nice to haves**:

- Growth mindset and willingness to impact knowledge
- Experience with JS frameworks such as Typescript
- Experience with database concepts, queries and optimisation techniques
- Experience with search engines such as Elasticsearch
- Experience with CICD and Containers concept
