**Job Purpose**

To lead a team of Planners/Engineers in the execution of newly secured project. Ensuring that the planning, monitoring and reporting functions are adequately carried out during project execution.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Leading a team of Planners/Engineers and provide project control services to the project management team during project execution.
- Ensuring that the various plans (EPCIC) developed are well detailed, integrated and meeting project’s expectations.
- Work with the respective Planners, Partners and Clients in the development of project planning packages and procedures acceptable for execution.
- Provide support to the Contract’s department in the justification of progress claims and invoicing to Client.
- Distribute workload across a team of planners in the section and ensure that each one is properly engaged.
- Facilitate in planning meetings and workshops with regards to re-baseline and recovery plans with Partners and Clients participation.
- Provide tender’s support to the planning department when required.

**Knowledge and skills**
- Good knowledge MS Project and MS Office software.
- Certified Primavera Software knowledge and general knowledge of all disciplines within the Project Team.

**Education, qualifications and special training**
- Tertiary degree/ diploma (Engineering).
- Good command of English.

**Experience**
- More than 7 years of working experience in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry.

**Personality traits**
- Able to lead and work as part of a team.
- Able to interact with both internal and external Clients effectively.
- Tactful yet firm when interacting with Client.
