Leading Turoprop manufacturing having opening in the Customer Support center in Singapore.

The Repair Administrator is responsible for administering customer repair orders within the company and the company's repair orders to repair stations, ensuring correct work scopes and commercial terms are applied, and to monitor performance and KPI attainment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Administer and follow up customer repair orders;
- Determine the repair station to use per specific order;
- Administer repair orders with repair stations, resolve issues, and ensure TAT/SPT and commercial performance;
- Analyse repair cost estimates and verify that correct work is performed. Identify alternate solutions when stock is not available (standard exchange, STO, etc.);
- Provide to contract administration all necessary information related to contractual exclusions;
- Perform repair shop invoice receiving process;
- Ensure coordination and follow-up of issues related to repair orders, in collaboration with other departments in France and within the Organisation;
- Participate in projects such as Lean, Visual Management, etc. ;
- Monitor and expedite logistics flows and warehouse issues related to repairs;
- Gather, organize, and present information for repair station and customer meetings. Discuss and resolve KPI and other issues with suppliers and customers.

**Pre-requisites**:

- Min GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma Holder
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Aerospace Industry, in close contact with vendors;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP;
- Fluent in English.
