We are looking for The Voice Network Administrator who will be responsible for the on-going installation, maintenance, failure avoidance, detection and repair of Voice Network infrastructure for our banking client in Singapore.

Responsibilites:
Voice Network Administrator
- The Voice Network Administrator will be responsible for administering development/test and production the Telephony systems. This person will support and develop our Voice Network Infrastructure to ensure the performance, availability, and security of the company Telephony system. Having an experience with Trader phone system is an added advantage.
- This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining Cisco Telephony system, including but not limited to Call Attendant System, Cisco Call Manager Gateways and Contact centers.
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations (mandatory for all non-SM & non-MRF)

Professional and Technical
- Strong knowledge in managing, administering Cisco Unified Call manager (preferably v10 and above) and the different stacks
- Cisco gateway, SBC, SIP, MGCP, analog gateway
- PSTN connection: SIP, E1/T1, BRI, POTS line
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (IPCC, CVP, CUIC, WIM)
- Experience in managing Collaboration tool such as Jabber
- Adept with Call Attendant solutions and troubleshooting
- Monitoring tool (Cisco prime LMS, Tivoli,...)
- Know-how of managing Verba Voice Recording Systems is important
- Experience with Trader phone system such as BT IPTrade or IPC Unigy is a advantage
- Advance knowledge on Data Networking and Security
- Know how in the deep dive of administering Verba Voice Recording Systems including troubleshooting
- Cabling (voice and network), experience in physical deployment in office or datacenter environment
